Penguins are fascinating birds, at least in my opinion. I learned quite a bit about them while working on a project for a friend , so I thought I'd put all that info to use in making my first web page and learning HTML.

With the Emperor weighing an average of 90 lbs and the King an average of 40 lbs, they are not only the largest of the penguins, but rank among the largest birds in the world. I'm going to lump the last two species together. Although they are actually each in their own group, and the only thing they have in common is that they are grouped separately in the penguin "family tree". These two species are the Yellow-eyed penguin and the Fairy penguin. tux on the run
